This has to be the worst nail salon ever! I made an appointment and still waited 45 mins! She also charges ridiculous amounts of money! If you want to get your nails done go to Shellharbour! The customer service is a terrible! I will not be back

If I could have left no stars I would have for this very disappointing business. The furnishings are dirty, there were no customers in there and they had very limited SNS colours available. This should have alerted me to the fact that this probably wasnt a very popular business. They do not take EFT And had no signage visible to indicate this. They charged $50 for SNS which is so overpriced compare to anywhere else that I have been. They were rude and discourteous and we will not be back.

Would love to recommend Helen of My Sanctuary Nails. I have had my nails done a few times now by Helen and each time, with wonderful results. Very welcoming, great customer service, attention to detail was wonderful.Very happy customer.Thank you so much.

I love getting my nails done here. The staff are extremely friendly, and are always ready to advise me on a change of colour or what shape of manicure to try. Helen always does my nails for me, I have very sensitive hands and nails, she is really careful with my manicure. It is such a fun, friendly salon. I receive heaps of compliments on my nails, so I would love to recommend them. It can get a bit hectic at times, with holidaymakers spoiling themselves, so try and book. Helen and her staff will always try their best to fit you in.
