Before the new owners late 2018 it was a 10 out of 10 now it's a big fat zero yep zero. Don't waste your time or money . please go somewhere else.
Booked my daughter in to have her hair done on a Monday (not many options on a Monday) for her graduation... we were told at the door that due to being under staffed it can't be done. Considering they had all day to notify us so that we could organise somewhere else, I was left with a very upset daughter... I have never come across such a lack of professionalism and zero care factor for the customer.
Great Salon, Kylie is a fantastic hairdresser and my colour, foils and cut are always done to a high standard. Highly recommended.
