Wonderful day spa. Narelle and her team are always professional and great at their job. Very friendly and welcoming and always the best service. Highly recommend.

Horrible Experience with Spray TansMy sister was getting married on Saturday so I had the duty of looking for spray tans, I unfortunately chose Coco Chai. When going into the spa the staff were lovely, we were greeted by a red headed girl that was really lovely, immediately after the first bridesmaid came out from her tan we knew something was wrong. The tan was spotty and really dirty looking (way more then my usual spray tan at home) It was horrible. But we were advised by staff not to worry as it always happens but it always blends out and looks really great, we all proceeded to get our tans, We got the 2hr Express tan when we got home all our family members were saying "it doesn't look right" "why does it look like that" the bridal party started to really stress at this point, then we washed the tan off the night before as advised by the lady at the spa and we woke up in the morning with horrible blotchy areas on our arms, hands, legs everywhere! I felt so bad for my sister as I had recommend this place to her. On Sunday I went into the spa to get a refund for all 4 ladies and they weren't open despite the Sunday hours of 10 - 2. The manager called me Monday and advised me that the gun must of been broken or was not applied correctly. She's advised me to send through my details for a refund. If going here for a tan please ensure the gun is working and not spitting out and isn't blotchy before you leave. I don't want what happen to us to happen to any other bride.

Hands down best facial I have EVER had and their products are fabulous. Looking forward to going back again really soon! My mum had a pedicure by Christine and she also said it was amazing. Very excited to have found such a great day spa!
