Friendly staff and excellent service
I would be careful renting from this agency. As with all real estate agents the moving in is smooth but leaving is where it makes or breaks the experience. We moved out of a small 2 bed rental and spent 6 hrs cleaning the property leaving it extremely tidy so as not to affect our bond. They sent us an invoice for a cleaning service whereby we were charged for 9 hrs of cleaning. I cant fathom how this was possible given how we left the property and the size. Overall we felt cheated by them and would discourage people from renting with this agency.
