Lovely staff!! Good service and caring doctors
Unbelievably Rude and unhelpful reception staff
No star deserved. The receptionist was surly, unresponsive to the need of my aged friend who was clearly unwell. No apologies displayed when she was unable to make time available to see a doctor on short notice. No one else was in the waiting room. Not a warm and friendly greeting. A refresher course in a smile and politeness might assist this receptionist to improve the Medclinic experience. We would be reluctant to return.
Despite stating they take walk-ins they could not see my sick daughter and the rude receptionist just said to take her to hospital. No priority for the young here so take your business elsewhere where you will find more compassion.
In extreme pain I couldn't even see the doctor on this Sunday because I wasn't a regular patient!
