If i could rate 0 stars i would but google doesn't allow it.Johnathon was absolutely rude over the phone, told me he could help then was not reachable for 2 weeks, i left several messages with reception asking him to call me back, i received a very rude and un professional call only after complaining to reception.
I have been having my car serviced and smash repairs done by the guys at Kiama Smash for years. They always provide excellent service and quality repairs.
Had my car repaired here after an accident. The repair and paintwork is of a high standard. I also have my logbook services done here regularly and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend them.

Worst garage ever! We brought in our old VW after 10.000km for a full service. Nothing was wrong with it when we brought it in, but everything was when we picked it up. Whitin 5 min after pick-up we broke down on the highway. They send a mechanic who discovered 2 loose wires (very weird after a full service) and a broken hose. We had to get towed back to the garage were they fixed the the hose the next day. We had to pay the full service and a additional 200 for towing and fixing us up. When we drove away the engin started to stutter. We decided to bring the van to another garage to get it properly fixed. They told us we were probably ripped of because were travellers. Dont go here!
