Lots of places call themselves Patisseries, but they don't come close to the real deal. Parfait Patisserie, however, are definitely the real deal. If you want an actual taste of a French style patisserie (and not just your basic pastries and baked goods cooked like any run-of-the-mill high street bakery) then you need to come here. The pastries are sensational, the bread is the best sourdough I've had on the south coast, but if you try just one thing here - give their Pain Au Chocalat a go - sen-bloody-sensational. It's also a very stylish cafe, lovely place to come and eat and the coffee's bloody good too.
Decor in the shop is mldemo and clean I like it.Im only basing this review on my chocolate croissant. The actual pastry was flaky battery and delicious however lacked the chocolate. Only one little bar of chocolate inside for a huge pastry. traditionally french patisserie has 2 bars. Which gives it chocolate with every byte.
